Looking for a 15-Yard or a 20-Yard? We don’t stock either one. The 13 and the 17 sit on both sides of a 15, and the 17 is usually the better buy — an extra foot of wall height costs $50. Looking for a 20? Our 21 covers it.
Notice the footprints. The 13, 17 and 21 are all 14 x 7 on the ground. Same driveway space, different wall height. So the question isn’t whether the bigger one will fit. It’s how much you want to throw away.
Sizes, Weight Allowances and 4-Day Prices
10 Yard
2,000 lbs included. Single bath gut, fence tear-out, or any load heavy enough that a bigger box hits its weight ceiling before it fills.
13 Yard
3,000 lbs included. One-room remodel, cabinets and countertop out.
17 Yard
4,000 lbs included. Single-slope re-roof, larger one-room job. This is the box people mean when they ask for a 15.
21 Yard
5,000 lbs included. Whole-house flooring, kitchen down to studs, rental turnover.
30 Yard
7,000 lbs included. Commercial cleanout, tenant finish-out.
40 Yard
10,000 lbs included. Volume, not weight. Don’t put concrete or dirt in a 40.
Those are the 4-day rates. Need it longer? We run 7, 14, 21 and 30-day rentals too, and extra days are $20 to $30 depending on the size. Go over the weight that comes with your can and it’s $59 a ton, same rate on every size.
Concrete, brick, dirt, rock and other clean heavy fill go in a dedicated low-side box. That’s $450, with the weight quoted per project, because heavy loads price by what’s actually in them. Don’t put that material in a standard can. You’ll bury it before it’s a third full.

What You Throw In Is What Moves the Bill
When a load out of Longview goes to Pine Hill Landfill, it crosses a scale. Pine Hill is TCEQ permit 1327B, the only Type 1 municipal solid waste landfill in Gregg County, and they bill by weight. That’s why we do too.
Every size comes with tonnage included, and anything over it is $59 per ton. Same rate on every can, small or large. No sliding scale, no surprise line item.
Two things worth knowing before you plan your week. Pine Hill’s resident discount does not apply to commercial waste, so don’t build a budget around it. And the gate closes late Saturday morning, so a Saturday haul has to be arranged early in the week rather than called in that morning.

Where We Put It, and Whose Rules Apply
Tell us where you want it. Driveway, gravel pad, side yard, job site. That’s where the driver puts it.
Roll-off delivery needs a straight run and headroom, so before we show up: move the vehicles, unlock the gate, and tell us about low limbs, tight turns or a soft spot that went to mush in the last rain. If you’re protective of a nice driveway, lay boards where the wheels and rails will sit.
The drive isn’t your problem. We’re 38 miles west of you in Tyler, and we run Highway 31 through Kilgore into Longview.
Longview, Gregg County, and the Addresses In Between
On the address itself. Longview is the Gregg County seat, but the city limits spill east into Harrison County, and plenty of Longview addresses actually sit in the extraterritorial jurisdiction or out in unincorporated county. Tearing Something Down, or Need It Carried Out?
Dumpster rental we do ourselves. Our equipment, our drivers, start to finish. Demolition and junk removal are coordinated through partner crews we work with, and we’ll line the container up to match the work so you’re dealing with one phone number instead of three.
If the City of Longview requires a demolition permit for what you’re doing, it’s $55 residential and $105 commercial. Pull it before anybody swings a hammer. It’s cheap and it’s a bad day to skip.
When a Dumpster Isn't What You Need
Sometimes the city already covers it, and we’d rather tell you that than take your money.
Bulky item pickup. The City of Longview will pick up bulky items four times a year, up to 8 cubic yards per trip. Schedule it at 903-237-1250 or through the CitySend app. Mattresses and appliances carry a $20 fee. If your whole pile is a couch, a mattress and a dresser that finally gave out, that’s a phone call, not a rental. Go make it.
Brush and Yard Waste Is Cheaper Still
The city compost site at 2020 Swinging Bridge Road takes clean green waste Tuesday through Saturday for $7.50 per cubic yard. Branches up to 10 feet long and 2 feet around. Clean green only. No lumber, no cross ties, no timbers, no fence posts.
Mix any of that into the pile and it’s a dumpster job. Same if a crew made the mess, or you need it gone this week instead of next quarter. A remodel, a re-roof, a move-out, a rental turnover, a garage that’s been filling up for fifteen years. That’s when the can earns its money, and that’s when to call.
