Looking for a 15-Yard or a 20-Yard? We don’t stock either one. The 13 and the 17 sit on both sides of a 15, and the 17 is usually the better buy — an extra foot of wall height costs $50. Looking for a 20? Our 21 covers it.
Notice the footprints. The 13, 17 and 21 are all 14 x 7 on the ground. Same driveway space, different wall height. So the question isn’t whether the bigger one will fit. It’s how much you want to throw away.

Those are the 4-day rates. Need it longer? We run 7, 14, 21 and 30-day rentals too, and extra days are $20 to $30 depending on the size. Go over the weight that comes with your can and it’s $59 a ton, same rate on every size.
Concrete, brick, dirt, rock and other clean heavy fill go in a dedicated low-side box. That’s $450, with the weight quoted per project, because heavy loads price by what’s actually in them. Don’t put that material in a standard can. You’ll bury it before it’s a third full.

What You Throw In Is What Moves the Bill
Every size comes with tonnage included, and anything over it is $59 a ton. Same rate on every can, small or large. No sliding scale, no surprise line item.
Weight is the part that catches people out. The allowance is printed on every card above, from 2,000 lbs on the 10-yard to 10,000 lbs on the 40. Heavy material like shingles, brick or wet carpet reaches that number well before the box looks full, which is why concrete, brick and rock go in a separate low-side container quoted per project instead.

Where the Can Sits, and How the Truck Gets There
Tell us where you want it. Driveway, gravel pad, side yard, job site. That’s where the driver puts it.
Roll-off delivery needs a straight run and headroom, so before we show up: move the vehicles, unlock the gate, and tell us about low limbs, tight turns or a soft spot that went to mush in the last rain. If you’re protective of a nice driveway, lay boards where the wheels and rails will sit.
One local rule is worth knowing before delivery day. Arp’s traffic code keeps multi-axle trucks out of its residential districts and exempts only two routes: State Highway 135, which the code describes as passing through the city, and Main Street. That ban is Ordinance 311, passed in 1981 and last amended in 2008. Give us the address when you book and we’ll sort the approach from our end.

Arp Is Smith County, and a City Bill Doesn't Mean City Limits
Arp is a Smith County city. That part is simple. The part that trips people up is the city limit itself.
The City of Arp supplies water, sewer and garbage past its own corporate limits, and its garbage ordinance says so outright. Ordinance 2026-005 applies “to all territory within the corporate limits of the City of Arp as well as those areas where sewer, water and garbage pickup from the city are supplied by the city to consumers outside the city limits.” Customers outside the limits pay a higher monthly rate for the same collection.
So an Arp address can be a City of Arp utility customer and still not sit inside the city. The rate printed on your own bill is the plainest answer you’ll get to which side of the line you’re on. Give us the address when you book either way.
State Highway 135 is the spine of the town, running through the middle of it as Main Street. The railroad still cuts through the middle of town too, and at its meeting on 3 August 2026 the mayor reported to the council on research into a railroad quiet zone.

Arp Picks Up Bagged Trash. That's Where the City Stops.
Sometimes the city already covers it, and we’d rather tell you that than take your money. In Arp there isn’t much to tell.
What the city collects. Arp runs weekly-billed garbage collection, priced in Ordinance 2026-005, which the council passed on 7 July 2026 and put into effect on 1 August. Residential service including one container is $17.00 a month inside the city limits and $24.00 a month outside them, commercial is $25.00, and each extra container is $7.00 inside, $8.00 outside or commercial.
How it has to be presented. Section 3 of that same ordinance is blunt about it: “All garbage to be picked up from City of Arp customers must be in plastic garbage bags, securely closed and in a thirty gallon container with the lid on. Failure to place garbage in such secured plastic bags in a thirty gallon container shall result in the garbage not being picked up.” If it won’t fit, bagged, inside a lidded thirty-gallon can, the city doesn’t take it.
There is no bulk program. Arp publishes no bulk-waste, large-item, appliance or white-goods pickup. The rate schedule carries no line for any of it, and the city website has no solid-waste page at all; its service menu runs to water utilities, code enforcement, municipal court, police, the community center and online payments. So the municipal answer to a couch, a bathroom gut or a roof tear-off is nothing. Arp City Hall is on (903) 859-6131 if you’d rather hear that from them.
The one public option belongs to the county. The Smith County Countywide Cleanup gives each Smith County resident a voucher good for one free trip to Greenwood Farms Landfill in Tyler, one voucher per resident, with one free mattress set included and additional mattresses charged $63 at the landfill. The 2026 window ran from 30 March to 1 May, and the county says to check back in 2027 for the next cleanup in April. Vouchers are handed out in person only, at eight locations around the county. The voucher will not take hazardous waste, pesticides, herbicides, solvents, gasoline, oils, acid, batteries, asbestos, wet paint, freon, whole tires, televisions, computers, refrigerators or freezers.
Where the debris ends up either way. Greenwood Farms Landfill sits at 12920 FM 2767 in Tyler. It holds TCEQ permit 1972A as a Type 1 municipal solid waste landfill and it is the only permitted MSW landfill in Smith County. Gate hours are Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday 6:30 a.m. to noon, closed Sunday. City of Tyler residents dump free with a current utility bill; everyone else pays the gate rate, and the number for rates is (903) 566-5007. If you’re hauling it yourself, call the scale house before you load.
A single voucher trip is not a plan for a remodel, a re-roof, a rental turnover or a house that has been filling up for fifteen years. In a town with no bulk route, the container is the program. That’s when to call.
One Clean Load? Tyler Recycles It Free.
If what you’ve got is one material and it’s clean, there’s a free option before you rent anything. The City of Tyler’s Downtown Recycle Center at 418 N. Bois D’Arc Ave. is self-service drop-off and it’s open to anyone, not just Tyler residents. The city’s own recycling FAQ answers that question with “No, everyone is welcomed to utilize the Downtown Recycle Center.” Hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to noon, closed Sunday. City of Tyler Solid Waste is on (903) 531-1388.
It takes broken-down cardboard, scrap metal, aluminum and tin cans, mixed office paper, newspaper and magazines, rinsed glass bottles and jars, rinsed plastics #1 through #5, electronics and computers, cell phones, batteries and motor oil. A few things carry a posted fee: televisions and computer monitors $5 residential or $8 commercial, refrigerators and air conditioning units $5, microwave ovens $5, tires 13 to 28 inches $5 off the rim or $10 on it, tires 30 inches and over $10 off the rim or $15 on it, and a small fee on furniture and mattresses. Bring cash, a check or a money order. They take no credit or debit cards and no bills larger than $20.
Then read the catch, in the center’s own words: “We do not accept PVC pipe, Styrofoam, hard back books, paint or trash.” That is most of a remodel. A mixed load off a tear-out still has to go to the landfill or into a container, and that’s the line where you call us.
Arp Questions We Get
Will the city of Arp come pick up my old couch?
No. Arp publishes no bulk-waste, large-item or appliance pickup, and there’s no line for one anywhere in its rate schedule. Section 3 of Ordinance 2026-005 says garbage has to be in closed plastic bags inside a thirty-gallon container with the lid on, or it doesn’t get picked up. A couch doesn’t fit that description, so the real choices are a trip to the landfill in Tyler or a container on your driveway.
The city bills me for garbage. Does that mean I'm inside the city limits?
