Looking for a 15-Yard or a 20-Yard? We don’t stock either one. The 13 and the 17 sit on both sides of a 15, and the 17 is usually the better buy — an extra foot of wall height costs $50. Looking for a 20? Our 21 covers it.
Notice the footprints. The 13, 17 and 21 are all 14 x 7 on the ground. Same driveway space, different wall height. So the question isn’t whether the bigger one will fit. It’s how much you want to throw away.

10 Yard
2,000 lbs included. Single bath gut, fence tear-out, or any load heavy enough that a bigger box hits its weight ceiling before it fills.
13 Yard
3,000 lbs included. One-room remodel, cabinets and countertop out.
17 Yard
4,000 lbs included. Single-slope re-roof, larger one-room job. This is the box people mean when they ask for a 15.
21 Yard
5,000 lbs included. Whole-house flooring, kitchen down to studs, rental turnover.
30 Yard
7,000 lbs included. Commercial cleanout, tenant finish-out.
40 Yard
10,000 lbs included. Volume, not weight. Don’t put concrete or dirt in a 40.
Those are the 4-day rates. Need it longer? We run 7, 14, 21 and 30-day rentals too, and extra days are $20 to $30 depending on the size. Go over the weight that comes with your can and it’s $59 a ton, same rate on every size.
Concrete, brick, dirt, rock and other clean heavy fill go in a dedicated low-side box. That’s $450, with the weight quoted per project, because heavy loads price by what’s actually in them. Don’t put that material in a standard can. You’ll bury it before it’s a third full.

What It Costs Here, Next to the City's Own Price List
Here’s something useful about Jacksonville: you can look up what a roll-off costs here before you ever call us. The city prints its own rates in the Adopted 2026 Master Fee Schedule, as two separate line items. Rental runs $120.20 on every size. Haul runs $395.57 on a 20 yard, $480.97 on a 30, and $567.28 on a 40.
Those are the competing published prices in this market, and we’d rather you had them in front of you than not. Ours is on the grid above. One number that covers the drop, four days, and the weight allowance built into it.
Every can comes with weight in it. 2,000 lbs on the 10 yard up to 10,000 lbs on the 40, printed on each card above so you’re not finding out later. Go over the allowance and it’s $59 a ton, the same rate on every size. That’s the only other number there is.

Where the Can Sits, and Who to Ask in Jacksonville
Tell us where you want it. Driveway, gravel pad, side yard, job site. That’s where the driver puts it.
Roll-off delivery needs a straight run and headroom, so before we show up: move the vehicles, unlock the gate, and tell us about low limbs, tight turns or a soft spot that went to mush in the last rain. If you’re protective of a nice driveway, lay boards where the wheels and rails will sit.
If the only spot is the street, it’s worth one phone call first. Jacksonville’s fee schedule lists a Road Closure Application at $50.00 and a road closure at $20.00 per segment or crossing, plus a right-of-way abandonment application at $500.00. None of those is a dumpster-placement permit, but a roll-off sitting in a travel lane may fall under the road-closure process. Jacksonville Is Cherokee County, All of It
All of Jacksonville sits in Cherokee County. The 2023 City Charter says so in its opening line: “The inhabitants of the City of Jacksonville, Cherokee County, Texas.” There’s no second county to hedge against and no county line running through town, so the answer is the same whichever side of Jacksonville your address is on.
US 69 and US 79 cross here and Loop 456 rings the city, so most addresses in town are a straight run for a roll-off truck. Norman Industrial Park on the south side covers about 140 acres, roughly 80 of them still greenfield, and it opens straight onto US 69.
Your load doesn’t leave the county either. It goes to Royal Oaks Landfill, TCEQ MSW Permit No. 1614A, a Type I landfill in Cherokee County. Type I means it’s authorized to accept all types of municipal solid waste, so a mixed remodel load doesn’t have to be split up and sent two directions.

Tearing Something Down in Jacksonville?

If the City of Jacksonville requires a demolition permit for what you’re doing, it’s $100.00 residential and $200.00 commercial, per permit. Pull it before anybody swings a hammer. It’s cheap and it’s a bad day to skip.
When the City's Truck Beats Ours
Sometimes the city already covers it, and we’d rather tell you that than take your money.
Bulky pickup, $10 a month. Jacksonville residents can add bulky collection to the water bill for $10 a month, and that includes one pickup a month. The ceiling is the city’s own wording: up to 10 cubic yards, about six feet by six feet by six feet. Don’t want the subscription? One-time pickups get billed to the utility bill instead. $60 for a pickup truck load up to 3 cubic yards, $150 for a dump truck load up to 10. Bulky pickup is (903) 586-3510. Two rules that catch people. Bulky waste has to be set out separated and apart from garbage, recyclables, trash bags, yard trimmings and brush, so a mixed heap gets left at the curb. And refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers and air conditioning units won’t be collected at all unless the CFCs or HCFCs have been professionally removed first.
If the job fits inside that cube and it’s the right kind of material, go make the call. Nothing we rent beats it. The cube is also where it ends. A gut remodel, a re-roof, a move-out, fifteen years of garage: none of that fits, and none of it waits for next month’s pickup.
Brush, Yard Waste, and the Drop-Off That's Closed
If the pile is nothing but limbs and clippings, the cheapest thing available in Jacksonville right now is the city’s one-time yard-waste pickup. $35.00, vegetation only, billed to your utility bill, no subscription required. That’s a phone call, not a rental.
The free drop-off people ask about is shut. The ANRA Neches Compost Facility west of town normally takes wood waste and yard trimmings free from the general public, Tuesdays and Thursdays only, 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. It isn’t taking anything at the moment. The notice on ANRA’s site, dated 6 July 2026 and still posted when we checked on 5 September 2026, reads: “The Angelina & Neches River Authority’s Neches Compost Facility is temporarily suspending the intake of wood waste materials effective immediately and until further notice.” When it does reopen, it’s brush and limbs only. No stumps, no pallets, no treated or painted wood, no railroad ties, no demolition debris.

It comes down to the cube. The city’s bulky program caps at up to 10 cubic yards, about six feet by six feet by six feet, and the $10 monthly subscription buys one pickup a month. If your pile fits inside that, is the right kind of material, and gets set out separate from the household garbage, use the city. A gut job, a re-roof or a full cleanout doesn’t fit it and won’t wait a month, and that’s where the can is genuinely the cheaper answer.
