Looking for a 15-Yard or a 20-Yard? We don’t stock either one. The 13 and the 17 sit on both sides of a 15, and the 17 is usually the better buy — an extra foot of wall height costs $50. Looking for a 20? Our 21 covers it.
Notice the footprints. The 13, 17 and 21 are all 14 x 7 on the ground. Same driveway space, different wall height. So the question isn’t whether the bigger one will fit. It’s how much you want to throw away.

10 Yard
2,000 lbs included. Single bath gut, fence tear-out, or any load heavy enough that a bigger box hits its weight ceiling before it fills.
13 Yard
3,000 lbs included. One-room remodel, cabinets and countertop out.
17 Yard
4,000 lbs included. Single-slope re-roof, larger one-room job. This is the box people mean when they ask for a 15.
21 Yard
5,000 lbs included. Whole-house flooring, kitchen down to studs, rental turnover.
30 Yard
7,000 lbs included. Commercial cleanout, tenant finish-out.
40 Yard
10,000 lbs included. Volume, not weight. Don’t put concrete or dirt in a 40.
Those are the 4-day rates. Need it longer? We run 7, 14, 21 and 30-day rentals too, and extra days are $20 to $30 depending on the size. Go over the weight that comes with your can and it’s $59 a ton, same rate on every size.
Concrete, brick, dirt, rock and other clean heavy fill go in a dedicated low-side box. That’s $450, with the weight quoted per project, because heavy loads price by what’s actually in them. Don’t put that material in a standard can. You’ll bury it before it’s a third full.

What You Throw In Is What Moves the Bill
Every size on the grid above comes with tonnage included, and anything over that allowance is $59 per ton. Same rate on every can, small or large. No sliding scale, no surprise line item.
That’s the whole of it. The price is four days and the weight that comes with the box. The only two things that move it are extra weight and extra days.
It’s worth knowing where a Chandler load ends up. TCEQ’s January 2026 list of active municipal solid waste landfills doesn’t show one anywhere in Henderson County. Chandler’s waste crosses the line into Smith County, to Greenwood Farms Landfill at 12920 FM 2767 in Tyler. That site holds TCEQ permit 1972A and is a Type I municipal solid waste landfill, which means it’s authorized to accept all types of municipal solid waste.
That haul is our problem, not yours. Yours is what goes in the box.

Where the Can Sits, and Who to Ask
Tell us where you want it. Driveway, gravel pad, side yard, job site. That’s where the driver puts it.
Roll-off delivery needs a straight run and headroom, so before we show up: move the vehicles, unlock the gate, and tell us about low limbs, tight turns or a soft spot that went to mush in the last rain. If you’re protective of a nice driveway, lay boards where the wheels and rails will sit.
One thing we won’t guess at for you. Anything that puts the box on a street or in a right-of-way is the city’s call, not ours, so ask before delivery day rather than after. Chandler City Hall is at 811 Hwy. 31 East, and the number is 903-849-6853.
Chandler, Henderson County, and the Head of the Lake
Chandler is a small footprint. About 5.5 square miles, 3,514 acres, in the northeastern corner of Henderson County, 8 miles west of Tyler and 20 miles east of Athens. State Highway 31 runs through town and doubles as the main street. The Van Zandt County line is the northern boundary, and the town sits at the head waters of Lake Palestine, on the north end of the lake between the east and west branches.
Which is a long way of saying the addresses out here don’t all drive the same. A lake lot, a lot in town and a place out on a county road are three different approaches for a loaded truck. Give us the address when you call and we’ll work from that instead of the town name.

When a Dumpster Isn't What You Need
Sometimes the city already covers it, and we’d rather tell you that than take your money.
Bulk item pickup. Chandler’s curbside service collects bulk items twice a month, in every part of the city, up to two items per collection. Sofas, mattresses, washing machines, old water heaters. It isn’t automatic, so you have to schedule it by phone at 903-986-5324. If your whole pile is a couch and a mattress that finally gave out, that’s a phone call, not a rental. Go make it.
The Free Pass, and Where It Runs Out
Chandler residents get a free landfill pass once a month, good for 3 cubic yards at Greenwood Farms in Tyler. Bring a current City of Chandler water bill and a photo ID. Yard waste has its own routes. Bagged leaves are capped at 20 bags per pickup day and have to be dry and securely bagged, with tied bundles at 50 lbs or under. And the city chips limbs at the curb for free on the first Monday of the month, weather permitting, for limbs 3 to 10 feet long and no bigger than 8 inches. Here’s where all of it stops. Three cubic yards is about a pickup bed. It’s once a month, and it’s a residential benefit: contractors, haulers and commercial accounts don’t get one. A kitchen tear-out is eight or ten times that much, and every yard of it still has to leave the county. We already run that road. It’s about 24 miles and roughly half an hour from our yard to Chandler, 64 west and then 31 west past Tyler into town. We run it with the whole job in one box instead of a pickup bed at a time. Chandler gives residents a free landfill pass. Why would I rent a can?
Use it if it fits. The pass is 3 cubic yards once a month at Greenwood Farms in Tyler, and you need a current City of Chandler water bill plus a photo ID. Three cubic yards is about a pickup bed. It’s also residential only, so contractors, haulers and commercial accounts don’t get one. A load of household junk is a free trip. A bathroom gut, a re-roof, or a garage that’s been filling up for years is a stack of trips you’d be making yourself, out of the county and back, a pickup bed at a time. Can I just wait for the city's bulk pickup?
You can, and sometimes you should. Bulk pickup runs twice a month across the whole city and takes up to two items per collection, things like a sofa, a mattress, a washing machine or an old water heater. It isn’t automatic, so schedule it by phone at 903-986-5324. What it won’t do is clear a remodel. Two items a collection, twice a month, is a slow way to empty a house.
