Looking for a 15-Yard or a 20-Yard? We don’t stock either one. The 13 and the 17 sit on both sides of a 15, and the 17 is usually the better buy — an extra foot of wall height costs $50. Looking for a 20? Our 21 covers it.

10 Yard
2,000 lbs included. Single bath gut, fence tear-out, or any load heavy enough that a bigger box hits its weight ceiling before it fills.
13 Yard
3,000 lbs included. One-room remodel, cabinets and countertop out.
17 Yard
4,000 lbs included. Single-slope re-roof, larger one-room job. This is the box people mean when they ask for a 15.
21 Yard
5,000 lbs included. Whole-house flooring, kitchen down to studs, rental turnover.
30 Yard
7,000 lbs included. Commercial cleanout, tenant finish-out.

Those are the 4-day rates. Need it longer? We run 7, 14, 21 and 30-day rentals too, and extra days are $20 to $30 depending on the size. Go over the weight that comes with your can and it’s $59 a ton, same rate on every size.
Concrete, brick, dirt, rock and other clean heavy fill go in a dedicated low-side box. That’s $450, with the weight quoted per project, because heavy loads price by what’s actually in them. Don’t put that material in a standard can. You’ll bury it before it’s a third full.

What You Throw In Is What Moves the Bill
Everything a Whitehouse job throws away ends up in the same place. Greenwood Farms Landfill, 12920 FM 2767 in Tyler, TCEQ permit 1972A. It’s a Type I municipal solid waste landfill, which means it’s authorized to take all types of municipal solid waste, and it’s the only permitted landfill in Smith County.
What it isn’t is a Type IV site. That’s the brush-and-rubble-only kind that normally gives a clean load a cheaper tip, and there isn’t one in Smith County or in any county that touches it. Brush, drywall, concrete and household trash all go to the same gate, and none of them gets a discount for being clean.
So sorting won’t save you money here — there’s nowhere cheaper to take a clean load. What does move your bill is weight. Every can comes with tonnage included, from 2,000 lbs on the 10-yard up to 10,000 lbs on the 40-yard, and anything over your allowance is $59 a ton. Same rate on every can, small or large. No sliding scale, no surprise line item.

Where We Put It, and What We Need From You
Tell us where you want it. Driveway, gravel pad, side yard, job site. That’s where the driver puts it.
Roll-off delivery needs a straight run and headroom, so before we show up: move the vehicles, unlock the gate, and tell us about low limbs, tight turns or a soft spot that went to mush in the last rain. If you’re protective of a nice driveway, lay boards where the wheels and rails will sit.
We set the can on your property. If the work behind the cleanout needs a city permit, City Hall is the number to call: 903-510-7500. Ask before delivery day rather than after, because a permit question is a lot cheaper to answer with the box still on the truck.
Whitehouse Is Smith County, Start to Finish
Whitehouse is a Smith County city, and so is our yard, so a run out to you never crosses a county line. Smith County’s own list of its cities names Whitehouse, and it flags exactly one town as split between two counties: Overton, which sits in both Rusk and Smith. Whitehouse isn’t that town.
The line that actually matters around here is the city limit, not the county line. A 75791 mailing address doesn’t always mean a City of Whitehouse address, because unincorporated Smith County addresses carry the same 75791. If yours is one of those, you’re outside the city limits and outside city permitting entirely. Give us the address when you call and tell us what the job is.

Tearing Something Down in Whitehouse?

Its fee schedule says it in plain words: “No fee will be required for demolition, but all work must comply with State law including the possession of a bond as required by the State of Texas.” The permit is free. The state’s requirements are not optional, bond included. The rest of that schedule is short too: a residential certificate of occupancy is $70, a driveway permit is $35 residential or commercial, a re-inspection is $100, and renewing a permit you let expire is $200.

Curbside bulk pickup. Republic Services runs bulk-item collection for the City of Whitehouse on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month. Each collection takes up to two bulk items, sofas and mattresses being the examples the city gives, and bagged leaves are capped at 12 bags per pickup day. If your whole pile is a couch and a mattress that finally gave out, that’s a phone call, not a rental. Go make it. But two items twice a month is a hard ceiling, and a garage cleanout, a re-roof or a kitchen tear-out blows past it in an afternoon. The One Free Trip, and It Comes Back in April
Smith County runs a Countywide Cleanup once a year that gives every county resident one free trip to Greenwood Farms. One voucher per resident, and you pick it up in person. Whitehouse is one of the places you can get one, at 101 Bascom Road. The 2026 window ran March 30 through May 1, so it’s closed for this year and comes back next April.
The voucher covers one mattress set free, and additional mattresses are $63 each. Landfill hours are 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 6:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday. The cleanup won’t take hazardous waste, pesticides, herbicides, solvents, gasoline, oils, acid, batteries, asbestos, wet paint, freon, whole tires, televisions, computers, refrigerators or freezers.
