Most demolition contractors hire out two things they don’t own: the container and the debris haul-off. That’s how a customer ends up coordinating two vendors and paying two bills.

Here’s how ours is put together, plainly.

We could tell you we swing the hammer ourselves. Plenty of outfits would. We’d rather tell you exactly who does what, because that’s the part you’ll actually need to know once there’s a machine on your property.

Demolition projects start around

That is not a quote and it is not a fixed minimum — a backyard shed and a two-storey house are not the same day of work. It’s an honest starting point so you aren’t guessing.

What changes the cost:

How big the structure is and what it's built out of
How much debris comes out of it, and how many container loads that takes. Example, a house full of furniture requires more haul-off.
Access — whether a machine can get to it, or whether it's hand work
Whether the slab, foundation or pool shell comes out too
What has to survive: the fence, the driveway, the trees, the building next door
Site prep or grading after the debris is gone to make it build ready

Nobody can price your job honestly off a web page, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. We come look at it first, then you get a price. If all you need is a container, our dumpster sizes and prices are published on our site — six sizes range from $349 to $749, for a four day rental.

Do you do the demolition yourselves?

Yes! The entire demolition process are handled by the Veteran Pro team. The roll-off containers and the debris haul-off are ours too!

What's this going to cost me?

The price will be determined by the scope of work. We commonly see home demolition projects in the $5000 – $8000.

How long does a demolition project usually take?

Most residential projects are usually completed within 2 business days.

Who's pulling the permit?

You do. The property owner obtains any permit the city requires. Requirements vary a lot from one city to the next, so we’re happy to help point you in the right direction.

Who am I dealing with once the job starts?

You’re going to be working directly with Veteran Pro owner, Roy Davis.

Do you take the slab and the foundation too?

We can. Concrete and slab removal is one of the jobs we take on — bring it up when we walk the site so it’s in the price.

Can you just drop a container and let me do the work myself?

Yes. Six sizes, $349 to $749, published on our site.

What if my job is smaller than $5,000?

Give us a call to discuss. We do take on smaller projects and would be happy to discuss that with you.

How fast can you get out here?

Full demolition can usually be started within a week. This can be dependent on our workload, permitting and equipment availability.

Do you work outside Tyler?

Yes — we work across East Texas, typically within 90 minutes of Tyler.
